| 日本硕士专业学位研究生教育受20世纪后半期社会经济形势变化、高等教育自身发展的迫切需要以及美国专业学位研究生院的影响，于2003年正式开展。其发展经历了探索阶段、确立阶段和扩展阶段，在发展过程中逐步完善制定专门法律法规保障专硕制度体系的独立性、适时调整专硕的学科种类以适应市场的需求、兼顾传统优势学科发展和弱势特色学科的建设等优秀经验值得我国学习借鉴。 |

| Japanese professional academic degree postgraduate education was officially started in 2003 to meet the urgent need for higher education development under the influence of the socioeconomic changes and the development of the professional academic postgraduate schools in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. The development has undergone an initial exploration stage, an official establishment stage and an expanding stage. In the progress of the development, the Japanese government gradually established and amended some special laws and regulations to consolidate the independence of professional academic degree postgraduate education system, properly adjusted the disciplines and programs for postgraduates to meet the needs of the market, and coordinated the development of traditional strong disciplines and the improvement of the week but featured disciplines. All this, the author believes, is worthy of learning. |
