| 博士生源质量是博士生培养质量的前提和基础，博士生培养质量是高校乃至教育界关注的重点，也是评价博士生招生效果的最好指标。以电子科技大学博士招生和培养现状为例，根据博士生招生实际情况，提出一种有效的博士招生名额分配模型。该模型根据培养质量评价指标计算博士招生名额，具有一定的科学性、合理性，可为兄弟院校提供借鉴和参考。 |

| The quality of source doctoral students is the precondition and foundation of the quality of doctoral education, which is the focus of universities and even the entire educational circle, and the best indicator to assess the doctoral student admission. Based on the doctoral student admission and the result of the cultivation of the Electronic Science and technology of China and in accordance with the real situation in doctoral student admission, the author proposes an effective quota allocation model for doctoral student admission. Because the doctoral student quota allocation is calculated with reference to the cultivation quality assessment indexes, this model is regarded scientific and rational that can be used to provide good reference for other institutions of higher learning. |
