      日内瓦大学是一所高度国际化的大学,其博士生培养过程管理制度坚持传承与创新相结合,以应对全球化、市场竞争与知识经济对博士学历人才的新挑战与新要求。本文以日内瓦大学博士生培养过程的组织与管理为例,集中探讨其内部质量保障体系的基本特征:国际视野、开放合作的培养方针,重心下移、院系主导的过程管理,以期能为我国的博士生教育提供有益的借鉴。
英文摘要:
      The University of Geneva is a highly internationalized university. It has inherited traditional ways and innovated new ways in cultivating doctoral students to meet the challenge and demand for talents with Ph.D. degrees in the globalization, market competition and the development of knowledge-based economy. Taking the organization and management in the doctoral student cultivation process at the University of Geneva as examples, the paper explores the basic characteristics of the internal quality assurance system such as international view, cultivation principle of opening up and cooperation, the process management for power delegation to lower levels and decision-making at school and department levels, with which, the author hopes to provide some useful references for the doctoral education in China.
