| 清华大学法学院在探索法律硕士教育改革过程中逐步形成了"精耕细作、因材施教、立足本土、放眼国际"的培养思路。学院注重法律硕士的应用型特征，通过普通法教学和案例教学模式来提升学生的理论功底与实务能力；以新百年清华大学"更国际、更创新、更人文"的人才培养理念为基础，通过多个主修方向的设计来凸显交叉人才培养的办学特色，努力锻造既具有宽广的国际法务视野又承载扎根基层之家国情怀的法治人才。 |

| When exploring the way to reform juris master's education, the Law School of Tsinghua University, based on the real situation in China and a broad global vision, has gradually developed an education concept that features meticulous cultivation in accordance with the aptitude of each student. While attaching great importance to students' applied characteristics, the school also tries to promote the theoretical level and the business-handling ability of the postgraduates through the teaching of common law and other case studies. Based on the "more international, more innovative and more humane" cultivation concept of Tsinghua University in the new century, the law school highlights its interdisciplinary education characteristics with multi-major design, and strive to cultivate students into law talents who have both the broad international vision in the law field and the great passion for working at grassroots level in China. |
