| 本文使用全国性时序调查数据监测博士生对培养过程的满意度水平及其变动趋势。2012-2016年，总体上博士生满意度水平从高到低依次为导师指导、科研训练、课程与教学、奖助体系、管理与服务等培养过程指标，但后三个指标呈现出稳步上升态势，同时也是短板和薄弱环节，亟待加大改革力度和精准施策。 |

| This paper uses the national time series survey data to monitor the level and the changes of the satisfaction degrees of doctoral students in education process. From 2012 to 2016, the satisfaction degrees of the doctoral students from the highest to the lowest rank from instruction from supervisors, research training, courses and class-teaching, scholarship system, management and service system. Although the last three indicate steady improvement, they are also the weakest slabs or links that need strong reform and targeted measures for further improvement. |
