      从绩效的视角出发,运用因子分析法将表征研究生教育现状的12组变量整合为投入和产出两个主要因子,对我国31个省市(自治区)进行评价和比较。结果显示:(1)我国大部分地区的研究生教育投入和产出水平大致匹配;(2)北京、辽宁、上海、吉林、天津等地的研究生教育产出大于投入,教育资源利用效率和绩效水平较高;(3)山东、四川、河南、河北、江西等地区的研究生教育绩效相对较低,亟待通过制度改革创新来提高研究生教育资源利用的效率和效益。并从研究生教育战略调整机制、经费投入保障机制和跨区域合作共享机制等方面,提出若干促进研究生教育健康发展的对策建议。
英文摘要:
      From the perspective of performance, this study applies the factor analysis method to integrate 12 groups of variables that represent the present situation of postgraduate education into two major factors:input and output, with which, the author evaluates and compares the situation in 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China. The analysis shows that (1) the input in and output from the postgraduate education are roughly equal in most areas of China;(2)the output is bigger than input in Beijing, Liaoning, Shanghai, Jilin, and Tianjin; and (3) the postgraduate education performance is comparatively low in Shandong, Sichuan, Henan, Hebei and Jiangxi that needs institutional reform and innovation to enhance the efficiency and benefit of the postgraduate education resources. Based on the analysis, the author proposes some measures to push forward health development of postgraduate education in the fields of strategic adjustment mechanism, fund input security mechanism, trans-regional cooperation and sharing mechanism in postgraduate education.
