| 阐述全日制专业学位研究生培养过程中需关注的若干基本导向、实践能力训练和管理体制革新，认为高校可考虑赋予行（企）业招生录取参与权、培养过程指导权以及学位水准评价权等三大权利，提出校企协同培养应采取相应的政策措施并开展了初步实践探索。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| This paper elaborates basic orientation, practice ability training and the reform on the managerial system that need special address during the cultivation of the full-time postgraduates pursuing professional degree. This paper also suggests that higher-learning institutions consider decentralizing the participating right, guiding right and evaluation right to industries or enterprises in the process of postgraduate admission, cultivation and degree level assessment. Furthermore, it suggests adoption of relevant policies and measures and gives a case of preliminary practice exploration in collaborative training between universities and enterprises. |
