| 从研究生教育质量文化的提出、构成及功能入手，归纳总结其内涵，结合研究生教育质量文化建设现状，重点剖析目前研究生教育质量文化建设过程中所面临的挑战以及存在的误区，并在此基础上形成关于研究生教育质量文化在顶层设计、基础保证、关键环节等方面的培育策略。 |

| This paper analyzes the existing challenges and misunderstandings of quality culture construction for the present postgraduate education by summarizing the connation from the inception, composition and functions of the quality cultural construction together with the status quo thereof in the postgraduate education. On the basis aforesaid, the author formulates some cultivation measures at top-level design, basic guarantee key links and other levels for the educational quality culture. |
