      当今世界的竞争归根到底就是创新能力的竞争,就是创新人才的竞争。在“2011计划”实施的战略背景下,如何调整以往研究生培养的理念、目标、机制、环境等内容,以适应国家创新组织形式的新常态,已成为当前研究生培养工作所关注的一项重要理论和实践课题。两岸关系和平发展协同创新中心作为国家批准的第二批“2011协同创新中心”之一,在项目培育和实施阶段,针对原有涉台人才培养工作中存在的问题,在研究生培养理念、机制、方式、评价体系等方面做了诸多的探索与实践。
英文摘要:
      The competition of today in the world is the competition of innovation capability and the competition of innovative personnel. How to adjust the previous postgraduate education concept, goal, mechanism and environment to adapt to the new norm of the national innovation organization form in the context of the implementation of the "2011 plan" has become an important theoretical and practical task of the present postgraduate education. As one of the national "2011 collaborative innovation centers" in the second batch, the Collaborative Innovation Center for Peaceful Development of Cross-Strait Relations has made quite a few explorations in theoretical and practical work on postgraduate cultivation concept, mechanism, approaches and assessment system during the project execution period when dealing with the problems in personnel training for Taiwan-related work.
