| This paper, by virtue of the incentive compatibility theory in economics, analyzes the phenomena of incentive incompatibility during the professional postgraduate education, and explores five basic prerequisites for building a more effective internal quality assurance system in terms of incentive compatibility for cultivating postgraduates. |
