| 法律硕士（法学）以培养专业型、实务型的法律高级人才为目标，其培养模式既不同于法学硕士，又与法律硕士（非法学）有所区别。法律硕士（法学）的培养应关照学生的学科背景，既要注重“专业型”的要求，分方向培养，又要突出“实务型”的特点。要加强法律实务教学队伍的建设，改良教学方式，强化教学的实务性、操作性和互动性，同时构建与法律职业能力对接的考核体系。 |

| The objective of the Juris Master (law) education is to cultivate professional and practical legal elites. Different from Master of Law and Juris Master (non-law),the cultivation mode of Juris Master (law) places more emphasis on hands-on experience as well as students' professional capabilities. To achieve these goals, qualified teaching staff, improved teaching methods, both practical and interactive, as well as sound evaluation system in line with students' professional abilities should be guaranteed. |
