      创新是中国哲学与文化发展的动力,但绝不是无源之水、无本之木,而是在前人基础上的升华和提高。“学派”传承是构建有影响力的学术体系的重要途径和方法。通过前人深厚学术积淀,后人不断生发、累积、完善、升华,形成“薪火相传”不断创新发展的学术思潮。本文以张岱年先生创立的“综合创新”学派为考察重点,以中国科学技术大学相关博士研究生培养为例,分析了“综合创新”学派发展的学术脉络,探讨了“学派”传承在博士生创新能力培养中的作用。
英文摘要:
      Innovation is the impetus of Chinese philosophy and culture development. Its improvement is based on the past effort. "Academic School" heritage is an important way to build influential academic systems. The academic trend of continuous innovative development is formed by generating ideas as well as accumulating, improving and refining rich heritage from former generations. Taking as an example the cultivation of doctoral students' innovative abilities at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), this paper focuses on "integrated innovation" started by Zhang Dainian, analyzing its academic development and the role of "academic school" heritage in the cultivation of doctoral students' innovative abilities.
