      科研压力、学术氛围和自身素质等因素始终影响着博士生的科研活动。本研究发现科研压力与博士生学术不端行为态度成正比,而周围学术不端行为和博士生自身挫折应对能力能够调节科研压力与博士生学术不端行为态度之间的关系。为此,建议高校应该通过设置更为合理的博士生考核标准,适度调整科研压力;营造积极向上的学术氛围,净化学术环境;提高博士生的挫折应对能力,打造抵制学术不端行为的坚实壁垒,在遏制学术不端行为的同时,全面提高博士生培养质量。
英文摘要:
      Research pressure, academic atmosphere and self quality affect doctoral students' academic activities. This study found that research pressure is proportional to doctoral students' attitude towards academic misconduct; surrounding academic misconduct and students' capacity for coping with frustration could have moderating effects. It was thus proposed that universities should set more reasonable assessment criteria for doctoral students to moderate their pressure, create a positive and pure academic environment, and enhance the overall quality of doctoral education while improving students' ability to cope with frustration and resist academic misconduct.
