      本文使用博士生在微博平台上自我表露的有关导学关系的客观观察数据,通过内容分析的方式,分析了导师在师生互动中的哪些行为会对建立和谐的导学关系起到促进作用。结果表明,从博士生的视角看,导学关系不应只局限于博士生在读期间,而是应当拓展到从入学选拔到毕业后学术生涯指导的整个过程,导师对博士生的学术研究指导和个人支持在和谐的导学关系构建中发挥着几乎同样重要的作用。
英文摘要:
      Based on objective observation and analysis of data disclosed on Weibo by PhD students on supervisor-student relationship, this article explores behaviors that could promote a harmonious supervisor-student relationship in their interaction. Results show that from the perspective of PhD students, the supervisor-student relationship should be extended to the whole process from admission to academic career support after graduation, not merely limited to the period of their PhD study. Academic guidance and personal support from the supervisor play an equally important role in constructing a harmonious supervisor-student relationship.
