| As an academic organization, a strong disciplinary program should have a high-quality team, a sound material and technological foundation, an effective operating mechanism, and make an important contribution to society. Strong disciplines are significant to the development of a university or college in that they support its reputation, attract excellent teachers and students, win social support and help other disciplines to develop. To promote discipline development, it is necessary to innovate the management system, recruit and cultivate young leading scholars, form groups of strong disciplines, emphasize collaborative innovation and improve the quality of talent cultivation. |
