| As an important aspect of university training, the enrollment system affects the achievement of the education objectives. Doctoral training is a typical representative of the “elite education” in higher learning. The “application-examination system” embodies the requirements for doctoral education and provides guidance for its concepts, contents of study and educational methods. |
