| 随着全球经济一体化时代的到来,研究生教育国际化战略体现着高等教育发展竞争力,彰显着高校科研力量的软实力,更积蓄着高校迈向世界的驱动力。因此培养出一批具有高水平国际交往能力和学术水平的研究生人才,则是当前高等教育迫在眉睫的问题之一。本文以北京地区参与中外联合培养项目研究生群体为例,通过实证调查,分析研究目前我国研究生教育国际化的现状,探究高校国际化运作要素对研究生教育国际化培养的影响,提出研究生教育国际化培养的改革措施和对策建议。 |

| With the advent of economic globalization, graduate education internationalization strategy reflects the competitiveness of higher education, reveals the soft power of university research, accumulates the driving force towards the world. Therefore, cultivating a number of graduate talents with high-level international communication ability and academic skills is one of the most urgent higher education issues at present. In this paper, we take the graduate students who participated in The joint training projects in BeiJing for example, through empirical researching, analyze the current status of internationalization of graduate education, explore how international operation elements of university influence the internationalization of graduate education. Finally propose the reform measures and suggestions for graduate education internationalization. |
