      我国研究生教育经历了一个筚路蓝缕的艰辛发展历程,虽然起步晚,但起点高、发展快,成效显著。新中国成立70年来,我国研究生教育改革和发展无疑是成功的,成绩是主要的。相应地,研究生教育的研究从初步探索走向深入发掘,成果是丰硕的。学者们对研究生教育的规模、结构、质量、治理、培养、评估等方面的改革和发展形成了一些共识:一是建立"需求与条件相结合"的动态适应机制;二是推动学科、类别、层次、区域结构协调发展;三是实现"特色化""高水平"的内涵化发展;四是推进治理主体、内容、方式的综合改革;五是探究兼顾质量、效率、特色等多层次目标的培养方式;六是实现评估主体、职能、手段、方式的转型。

      China's postgraduate education has experienced a difficult development process. Although it started late, it started at a high level, registering a rapid development and remarkable achievements. Undoubtedly, the reform and development of the postgraduate education in China has been successful with obvious progress in the past 70 years since the founding of the PRC. Correspondingly, the postgraduate education research has gone from preliminary exploration to in-depth studies, showing fruitful results, and scholars have reached some consensuses on the further reform and development of the education in terms of scale, structure, quality, management, cultivation, and evaluation:the first is to establish a dynamic mechanism that may better adapt to "needs and conditions"; the second is to promote coordinated development of disciplines, categories, levels and regions; the third is to realize featured, high-level and rich-connotation development; the fourth is to promote comprehensive reform on governing bodies, governance contents and methods; the fifth is to explore training methods that take into account quality, efficiency, characteristics and other multi-level objectives; and the sixth is to realize the transformation of the evaluation subjects, functions, means and methods.
