随着第四次科技革命的快速推进,经济社会面临转型升级,急需大量高级应用型人才。教育博士(Ed.D)作为教育类高水平应用型创新人才,是建设高素质专业化教师队伍的核心力量。在分析我国教育博士培养现状及存在问题的基础上,提出可通过政治赋权增能教育博士培养目标的"实践性"、制度赋权增能制度的"科学性"、环境赋权增能评价的"多元性"、心理赋权增能资源的"丰富性"等途径,不断提升教育博士培养质量,并推动高质量教育体系顺利建设。 |

With the rapid progress of the 4th scientific and technological revolution, large numbers of high-level applied professionals are needed as the economy and society face transformation and upgrading. As high-level application-oriented innovative talent in education, doctors of education (Ed.D) are the core force for the development of high-quality professional teacher teams. Based on the analysis of the status quo and the existing problems of Ed.D education, the authors believe that the practical objectives of Ed. D education can be reached by political empowerment; the scientific objectives can be reached by institutional empowerment; the multiple objectives by environmental empowerment; and the rich objectives by psychological empowerment. Through those approaches, the quality of Ed.D education can be constantly improved and the development of a high-quality education system can be further promoted. |
