      通过对名古屋大学"女性领导者养成项目"的分析可以看出,从部分来说,日本"博士课程制教育引领计划"具有6大特征:遴选的高标性、能力的导向性、过程的一体性、课程的跨学科性、保障的整合性和评估的第三方性。从整体来说,日本"博士课程制教育引领计划"具有"12345"贯通的特征,即能力导向1个主线的贯通;硕士研究生和博士研究生2个时间段的贯通;政府、大学和第三方机构3个主体的贯通;校内、区域、国内和国外4个空间的贯通;课程设置、教学方法、导师指导、实践基地、科研平台5个培养要素的贯通。
英文摘要:
      Based on the analysis of the "Women Leaders Program to Promote Well-being in Asia" at Nagoya University, the author explains that, in part, the Japanese "Program for Leading Graduate Schools " has six characteristics, namely, high selection standard, ability orientation, oneness process, interdisciplinary curriculum, integrated guarantee, and third-party assessment. In general, the characteristics of the "Guiding Program in Doctoral Curriculum Education" can be summarized as "12345" in a digital sequence all through the program, i.e. one ability-oriented guiding line, two stages in Master's degree and Ph.D. degree studies; three bodies (government, university and third party organization) in cooperation; four spaces (in campus, local, domestic, and international) in academic life; and five elements (curriculum, teaching method, academic supervision, practice base, and scientific research platform) in cultivation.
