近年来,美国研究生就业市场发生了教育收益相对增加、就业岗位更加多样、雇主期望日趋复杂等一系列变化。为适应新形势,美国高校在研究生培养过程中采取了积极的应对策略,如:注重发掘本科优秀人才、注重向发展性评估转变、职业指导侧重于为就业做好准备、注重向职业技能培养转变等。借鉴美国的经验,结合我国研究生就业的实际情况,应着力构建多元利益主体通力合作的研究生就业路径。 |

In recent years, there have been changes in American undergraduate employment market, such as the increase of income from education, more job opportunities and increasingly complex employer expectation. Facing new situations, American universities have taken a series of effective strategies:enrolling outstanding undergraduate students, focusing more on development assessment, emphasis on employment preparation in employment guidance, transition to professional skill training, etc. In view of the American experience and China's postgraduate employment reality, it is proposed that interest subjects combine strength to create a cooperative path for postgraduate employment. |
