      学科评估价值取向转向发展是高等教育发展战略调整的“风向标”。在“双一流”建设与高等教育强国战略驱动下,我国高校学科评估价值取向发生重要转向,评估理念从水平评估走向选优评估,评估目的从服务社会走向服务政治,评估主体从行政主导走向多元参与,评估对象从消极回避走向积极认识,评估指标从简单量化走向系统设计,评估内容从统一要求走向分类指导,评估方式从自愿参与走向绑定参评,评估方法从工具理性走向价值理性,评估程序从追求形式走向严谨规范,评估结果从单向排名走向多维公布。
英文摘要:
      The development of the value orientation of discipline evaluation is the “vane” of the strategic adjustment of higher education development. With the strategy of “double first- class” construction and building a powerful country of higher education, there has been an important shift in the value orientation of discipline evaluation in colleges and universities in China, that is, evaluation concept turns from level evaluation to optimal evaluation, evaluation purpose turns from serve the society to serve politics, the main body of evaluation turns from the administrative leading to multi participation, the evaluation object turns from negative avoidance to positive cognition, evaluation index turns from simple quantification to system design, evaluation content turns from the unified requirements to classification guidance, evaluation method turns from voluntary participation to binding, evaluation procedure turns from the pursuit of form to strict norms, evaluation results turns from one-way rankings to multidimensional announcement.
