| 本文通过分析推免制度改革前后西北某省6所重点高校推免生数量与研究生生源质量变化,探讨研究生源质量对西北地区高校学科发展的影响,认为现行推免制度加剧了西北地区优秀推免生的外流和研究生生源质量的下降,将影响西北地区高等学校优势学科专业培养的连续性,动摇学科发展的人才基础,削弱科研团队的创新和发展能力。为此,建议改革现行推免制度,适度增加西北地区推免生名额,设置推免生校内留用比例,并增加对西北地区高校优势学科的支持力度,以促进西北地区高校“双一流”建设。 |

| This paper analysis the quantity and quality of recommended exam-exemption graduate students of 6 key universities of one province in northwest China, before and after the reform of the system of recommendation with exam-exemption. And it discusses the impact of the quality of graduate students on discipline development of universities. It is found that the current system of recommendation with exam-exemption exacerbates the good exam-exemption graduate students outflow and the quality of graduate students declined, it will affect the continuity of the development of the dominant disciplines, shake the talent base of discipline development, and weaken the innovation and development ability of research team. Therefore, in order to promote the construction of "double class" in Northwest china, it is suggested to reform the current system, increase the number of recommended exam-exemption graduate students moderately, set up the rate of recommended exam-exemption graduate students retention on their home campus, and increase the support of the dominant disciplines. |
