      高校研究生导师是在立德树人根本任务指引下推进学校师德师风建设的核心力量。通过对12所高校1496名师生的问卷调查和对100多名师生的一对一访谈发现,推进研究生导师师德建设在组织领导、制度建设、导师主体、文化建设、激励机制等方面存在一定的问题。在新时期立德树人根本任务下,高校加强和改进研究生导师师德建设必须做到“五个强化”:强化组织领导,全力打造纵横联动协同格局;强化制度建设,构建导师师德建设长效机制;强化导师主体,立足源头推进师德师风建设;强化文化建设,精心营造立德树人校园环境;强化激励机制,健全师德师风建设保障体系。
英文摘要:
      Tutors for graduate students are the core strengths that can promote a better morality building in educational area. According to the questionnaires based on the sample of 1496 university teachers and students, along with the survey of 100 interviewees, we find there are some flaws and shortages of morality building, spreading in the fields of organization construction, institutional building, human resources, cultural awareness and incentive mechanism. Nowadays, it is necessary to intensify educational morality construction through five methods: well-organized patterns; advanced long-term mechanism; rational evaluation; positive oriented culture; effective incentive system.
