| 重视对非认知能力的考察已成为进一步优化研究生招生考试制度的方向。影响研究生学业成就的非认知能力包括沟通能力、规划能力、领导力以及责任心等。现有的测量方法,包括量表测验、结构化面试以及标准化推荐信均存在着明显的缺陷。在量表中增加情景式测验、提高面试的结构性、改良标准化推荐信以及引入传记数据等方法可加强非认知能力的测量。 |

| Stressing the test of non-cognitive skills have been the main direction of optimizing the graduate admission. The noncognitive skills influencing the success in graduate period contain communication, planning, leadership, responsibility and so on. The existing methods in the test such as rating, structured interview and standard letter of recommendation have various shortcomings. And applying situational judgment test in the scale, optimizing the structure of interview, improving the standard letter of recommendation, and using the biodata will help to measure the noncognitive skills. |
