| “双一流”建设是我国即将正式启动的雄心勃勃的高等教育新政策。“双一流”的关键是学科世界一流，这既是由世界一流大学和世界一流学科之间的内在关系决定的，又是由世界大学排行标准与学科世界一流密切相关决定的。“双一流”建设下的大学学科布局调整有“政府主导”、“市场主导”和“学术主导”三种逻辑，在实施过程中应坚持控制学科规模、加快学科升级转型、突出学科建设重点、打破学科壁垒限制、优化学科资源配置五大原则。 |

| The national "Double First-rate" strategic plan is a new ambitious higher education policy that China will soon officially launch. The determining factor of a "Double First-rate" university is its world first-rate disciplines, which is not only related with the internal relations between the university and its disciplines, but also closely related to the world university ranking standard and its disciplines. There are three logic ways to adjust the disciplines of a university under the "Double First-rate" plan, namely:government required, market oriented and academic leading. In the implementation of the plan, five principles should be followed, i.e. discipline scale control, discipline upgrading acceleration, key discipline construction priority, barrier breaking through between disciplines, and discipline resource allocation optimization. |
