| 相较于既有的卓越工程师培养而言,工程硕博士卓越工程师培养具有新的内涵。卓越工程师学院是工程硕博士卓越工程师培养的重要载体,其核心内容就是深化工程硕博士产教融合培养体系改革。既有专业学位研究生教育普遍缺乏对企业这一利益相关者的了解与重视,从创新彰显企业主体作用的内生机制,完善有利于发挥企业主体作用的具体政策,校企协同推进工程硕博士卓越工程师培养三方面入手,能够促进企业成为重要的人才培养主体,并激活其作为工程硕博士卓越工程师培养主体的强大动力。 |

| Compared with the conventional cultivation of outstanding engineers, the training of postgraduates and doctoral students in engineering into outstanding engineers has new connotations. An institute of outstanding engineers is an important carrier for cultivating postgraduates and doctoral students in engineering into outstanding engineers, and its core task is to deepen the reform of the industry-education integrated training system for the students. The authorities responsible for existing professional degree postgraduate education generally lack an understanding of enterprises and care little for those stakeholders. The authors believe that enterprises can be encouraged to play a leading role in training students into professionals in three ways: by highlighting the endogenous mechanism that demonstrates the main-body role of enterprises through innovation; by improving specific policies that support enterprises to play the main-body role; and by promoting the training through school-enterprise cooperation. These are also the factors that activate the strong driving force of the enterprises in training of the students. |
