| 研究生课程质量关乎高等教育的目标达成度与社会价值,决定人才培养实际效果。研究运用质性研究范式,对一所行业特色研究型大学的30名研究生导师进行半结构化访谈,并基于欧洲质量管理基金会EFQM卓越模型分析发现,研究生课程在课程使命与目标、课程设置、课程实施效率、课程资源开发、课程考核以及相关方满意度层面存在多种问题。原因在于:研究生课程育人的使命引领不强、协商规划不足;成果导向的学术文化和保守封闭的行政文化影响较深;教师、学生、企业的课程投入不够;研究生课程更新和教师培养机制尚不完善;研究生课程教学缺乏有效的激励机制。研究生课程质量提升路径包括:明确研究生课程定位,本研贯通一体化培养时代新人;以教育家精神凝聚课程向心力,以教学创新释放课程自由度;推动相关方参与课程建设,营造开放共创的课程生态;兼顾学术性与实用性,推动研究生课程优化更新;完善课程建设激励措施,为研究生教师提供发展支持。 |

| The quality of graduate courses is essential to achieving higher education goals and to its social value, and it determines the practical effect of talent cultivation.The authors conduct semi-structured interviews with 30 research supervisors from specialized industry-oriented research universities with a qualitative research paradigm and analyze the data collected based on the EFQM Excellence Model of the European Quality Management Foundation, the outcomes reveal that Postgraduate courses have various problems related to mission, goals, design, implementation efficiency, resource development, assessment, and satisfaction of relevant parties.The reasons are as follows: the educational mission, guidance and collaborative planning for postgraduate courses are not so strong; The outcome-oriented academic culture and the conservative, close-looped administrative culture are still stubbornly entrenched; The engagement of teachers, students, and enterprises in courses is not sufficient; the mechanism for updating postgraduate courses and training teachers is not yet perfect; and there is a lack of effective incentive mechanism for postgraduate course teaching. The approaches proposed in this paper to improving the quality of graduate course teaching includes: clarify the positioning of the graduate courses to promote the integrated undergraduate-graduate education program for cultivating new talent of the time; coagulate the centripetal force of courses with the spirit of established educators and release the freedom of course teaching through innovations in teaching;Encourage the involvement of stakeholders in course arrangement, and foster an open, and collaborative course ecosystem; pay equal attention to both academic value and pragmatic benefit and promote the optimization and upgrading of graduate courses; and improve incentive measures for course development and support the personal development of research supervisor. |
