利用自编问卷数据,对比分析单一导师指导和"大小导师"指导的指导行为、指导效果和指导满意度。研究发现,"大小导师"指导的指导行为指标中,指导投入度、指导主动性、指导宽泛度等均弱于单一导师指导,但二者的指导效果和指导满意度无显著差异。进一步的回归分析发现,由导师指导行为构成的指导过程质量与指导方式之间存在交互效应,在"大小导师"指导方式中,由于"小导师"的替代作用,弥补了"大导师"指导过程质量的不足,部分抵消其指导行为的负面影响,从而导致二者指导效果和指导满意度无显著差异。 |

Based on data from "specially compiled" questionnaires, this paper comparatively analyzes the guidance behaviors, effectiveness, and satisfaction between the "single supervisor" mode and the "chief and assistant supervisors" mode. This study finds that in terms of indicators such as commitment, initiative and breadth, the guidance behavior of the "chief and assistant supervisors" mode is weaker than that of the "single supervisor" mode, while in terms of effectiveness and satisfaction, there is no significant difference between the two. Further regression analysis finds that there is an interaction effect between the quality generated by the supervision behaviors of supervisors in the supervision process and methods. In the "chief and assistant supervisors" guidance mode, the deficiency of the guidance quality of the "chief supervisor" in the process is compensated by the substitute role of the "assistant supervisor", which partially offset the negative impact of the "chief supervisor", resulting in no significant difference in the effectiveness of guidance and satisfaction between the two supervision modes. |
