导学关系失序是制约我国研究生教育高质量发展的难题,也折射出了研究生教育的内在困境。本研究基于产权理论视角,深入探索导学关系失序的内在机理及规制路径。研究发现,导学关系隐含产权属性,导学双方在清晰且受保护的产权安排中形成的激励是构建高效合作机制的关键。导学关系失序的内在机理为:漠视导学主体的“理性人”身份是导学关系失序的诱因,产权制度缺失引发的利益机制失衡是导学关系失序的表征,产权伦理缺失是导学关系失序的根源。导学关系失序的治理路径为:遵循理性选择原则,把握导学关系的产权意蕴;明晰和保护产权,保障产权主体利益均衡;产权伦理规制法治化,尊重和维护产权主体正当权利。 |

The disordered relationship between supervisors and postgraduates is a conundrum that restricts the high-quality development of postgraduate education and reflects the intrinsic predicament of postgraduate education in China. From the perspective of the property rights theory, this study explores in depth the internal mechanism and regulatory path of the disordered supervisor-postgraduate relationship. It is found that the supervisor-postgraduate relationship implies the property right attribute, and the incentive distribution formed by the clear and protected property rights arrangement for both supervisors and postgraduates is the key to constructing an efficient cooperation mechanism. The internal mechanism of the disordered relationship between supervisors and postgraduates can be described as follows: the disregard of the "rational person" status in the supervisor-postgraduate relationship is the inducement of the disordered relationship; the imbalance of the benefit mechanism triggered by the lack of property rights system is the symptom of the disordered relationship; and the lack of the property right ethics is the root cause of the disordered relationship. Based on the analysis, this paper proposes the path governing disordered supervisor-postgraduate relationship: follow the principle of rational choice to fully understand the real meaning of property rights in the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates; clarify and protect property rights to ensure a balance of benefits between supervisors and postgraduates; and regulate and legalize property rights ethics so as to respect and safeguard the legitimate property rights of supervisors and postgraduates. |
