      场域视角下的专业学位研究生教育从本质上看涵括研究价值属性、应用价值属性和劳动价值属性,其三重属性契合新质态高层次应用型人才的发展样态。朝向高层次一流应用型人才的培养目标是专业学位研究生教育策应教育高质量发展和推动创新人才培养的实践路向。基于场域理论的延展,着眼于专业学位研究生教育的现实诉求,提出其发展路径:超越认识的理论场域,从固化走向多元建构跨域融合的理论视野;遵循创新的研究场域,从适应转向引领夯实专业学位研究生高层次应用型人才培养目标;聚焦社会服务的应用场域,从个体走向融合打造嵌入式的能力培育路径;回归体现本真的劳动场域,从传统迈入当代重塑其之于人的价值和使命;营造科学有效的治理场域,从管理转向治理提升多元化治理效能。多措并举提升专业学位研究生教育育人质量,服务国家现代化建设需要。
英文摘要:
      Professional degree postgraduate education from the perspective of the field essentially includes the research value attribute, the application value attribute, and the work value attribute, and the three attributes fit the development modality for new quality, high-level applied talents. The goal of cultivating high-level, first-class applied talents is the practical direction of the professional degree postgraduate education, which responds to the development of high-quality education and promotes the cultivation of innovative talents. Based on the extension of the field theory and focusing on the realistic demands of the professional degree postgraduate education, this paper proposes the following development path: break through the limit of the theoretical field of cognition and move our solidified train of thought to diversified fields, so as to build a theoretical vision with cross-domain integration; follow the innovative practice in the research field and change our mindset from adapting to leading, so as to consolidate the goal of cultivating high-level, applied professional degree postgraduates; focus on the field of application to serve society and integrate individual efforts to create a path of embedded competence cultivation; return to the true nature of the field of work and shift views from tradition to present so as to reshape the people-first values and mission; and forge a rational and efficient field of governance and shift the focus from management to governance, so as to improve the diversified governance effectiveness. The author believes that with all these measures, the quality of professional degree postgraduate education will be enhanced and the need for national modernization will be better satisfied.
