研究生教育管理组织是研究生教育改革发展的重要保障。随着我国研究生教育改革发展的不断深入,研究生教育管理组织也在不断地调整和优化。从1978年恢复研究生教育至今,我国研究生教育管理组织大致经历了奠基期、完善期、转型期三个阶段。我国研究生教育管理主要有三部分即研究生教育、学科建设和学位授予,其管理组织分为研究生管理组织、学科管理组织和学位管理组织。不同历史阶段三种类型组织的形态以及关系具有不同的表现。数智时代的来临以及建设研究生教育强国步伐的加快,我国研究生教育管理组织进入了一个形态重塑的变革时期。 |

The postgraduate education management organization is an important guarantee for the reform and development of postgraduate education. With the continuous deepening of China’s postgraduate education reform and development, the postgraduate education management organization is also constantly being adjusted and optimized. Since the restoration of postgraduate education in 1978, the management organization thereof in China has roughly undergone through three stages: the foundation-laying period, the improving period, and the transforming period. The postgraduate education management in China mainly consists of three parts: postgraduate education, discipline construction, and degree awarding. Its management organization is divided into postgraduate management organization, discipline management organization, and degree-awarding management organization. The forms of the three types of organizations and the relations between them registered different manifestations in different historical stages. With the advent of the digital and intelligent era and the acceleration of the building China into a strong country with postgraduate education, China’s postgraduate education management organization has entered a period of reshaping and transformation. |
