      党的二十大报告明确指出培养高素质教师队伍。全日制教育硕士培养是我国加强教师教育的一项重要举措,从2009年开展以来,在培养模式、课程体系和实践体系等方面进行卓有成效的实践。面对新时代、新要求、新挑战,加强学科理解与职业实践,是提高全日制教育硕士培养质量的重要途径,通过"一体两翼"全日制教育硕士培养模式创新,将有效提升职前教师专业发展水平,推进教师教育创新发展,为未来卓越教师培养奠定坚实基础。
英文摘要:
      The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that we will strengthen the professional ability of our teachers. The full-time master of education program is an important measure to strengthen teacher education in China. Since 2009, it has been a high effective practice in terms of training mode, curriculum system and practice system. This paper proposes that when facing the new era, new requirements and new challenges, we should strengthen subject comprehension and vocational practice, which is an important way to improve the training quality of full-time postgraduates into masters of education. The authors believe that new training mode of "one body, two wings" for full-time master of education program will effectively improve the professional development of pre-service teachers, promote innovation in teacher education, and lay a solid foundation for cultivating outstanding teachers in the future.
