| 产教融合背景下,邀请行业专家充实到高校师资队伍中,有助于形成合力并发挥各自优势。厘清行业专家参与研究生教学的现状,行业专家参与研究生教学的依据以及高校已有探索,以清华大学为例,分析校友行业专家参与专业学位研究生授课的内涵、模式,总结校友行业专家课程的经验并提出深化改革建议。 |

| In the integration process of industry and education, inviting industry experts to join the faculty of higher learning institutes is conducive to the formation of joint forces. In this way, their advantages and those from school teachers can both have better play. Base on the clarified current situation and the basis of industry experts' participation in postgraduate teaching, as well as the data obtained by universities in this field, the authors, with Tsinghua University as an example, analyze the connotation and mode of the courses offered by alumni industry experts to professional degree postgraduates, summarize experience thereof and put forward suggestions for deepening reform. |
