      和谐导生关系是博士教育重要基础,是培养拔尖创新人才的关键,是推动博士生教育高质量发展的核心路径。通过对33名博士生的深度访谈,并在前期编码技术的基础上进行IPA定位分析,探究影响和谐导生关系的原因。博士生与导师之间不和谐的原因,可以归结为理念、行为和制度等多层冲突逻辑的交织。从内在本质矛盾的角度看,和谐导生关系受制于导师与博士生相处中"制度与权利""工具理性与学术理性""亲密与疏离"三个平衡困境,只有突破"权利势差""认知差异""互动不足"这些现实瓶颈才能真正达到博士生与导师和谐共生的目的。
英文摘要:
      The harmonious relationship between supervisors and doctoral students is the important foundation for doctoral education, the key to cultivating top-notch innovative talent, and the central path to high-quality development of doctoral education. After in-depth interviews with 33 doctoral students, the authors carry out IPA positioning analysis based on the previous coding techniques to explore the deep reasons affecting the harmonious relationship between supervisors and doctoral students. The reason for disharmony between doctoral students and supervisors can be attributed to the interweaving of multi-layer conflict logics such as those related to idea, behavior and system. From the perspective of intrinsic essential contradiction, the harmonious relationship between supervisors and doctoral students is subject to three balance dilemmas of "system and right", "instrumental rationality and academic rationality" and "intimacy and alienation". Only by breaking through the practical bottlenecks of "potential power difference", "cognitive difference" and "insufficient interaction" can the goal of the harmonious relationship between doctoral students and supervisors be truly achieved.
