      以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能技术飞速发展,为教育带来了无限可能。研究生教育作为培养高层次人才的主要阵地,需要重塑自身以迎接机遇和挑战。传统的研究生师生角色随着生成式人工智能发展正发生着深刻的变化:研究生需要进行从解决问题到提出问题、从搜索学习到对话学习、从收集信息到甄别信息、从分数评价到能力评价的四重转变;而研究生导师则需要进行从传授知识到启迪智慧、从排斥技术到拥抱工具、从经典理论到学科前沿、从追求目标到寻求意义的四重转变。在师生角色的消解与重构间实现教育发展新的场域转换,将为我国研究生教育数字化转型和新型导生关系建构提供全新的视野。
英文摘要:
      The rapid development of generative AI technology represented by ChatGPT brings infinite possibilities to education. As the main carrier of high-level talent cultivation, postgraduate education needs to reshape itself to embrace opportunities and challenges. With the development of generative AI technology, profound changes have taken place in the traditional roles of supervisors and postgraduates. Therefore, postgraduates need to undergo a quadruple transformation from problem-solving to problem-posing, from learning through search to learning through dialogue, from information collection to information discernment, and from evaluation based on scores to evaluation based on ability, while supervisors, on the other hand, also need to undergo a quadruple transformation from imparting knowledge to inspiring wisdom, from rejecting technology to embracing tools, from classic theories to cutting-edge disciplines, and from pursuing goals to seeking meaning. The author believes that the realization of arena change for the development of education through decomposition and reconstruction of the roles of supervisors and postgraduates will provide a brand new view for postgraduate education in digitalization and in the construction of a new type of supervisor-postgraduate relationship.
