      导师与研究生基于共同科研生活所建构的共同体文化,是某种习惯,它以潜在、深刻而持久的方式影响着导师与研究生的言行,其基本特征表现为共同关爱的文化、共同交流的文化、共同探究的文化、共同范式的文化和共同变革的文化。这种共同体文化能够解决导师与研究生关系异化问题、生活碎片化问题、发展单一化问题和培养模式僵化问题。共同体文化的建构策略:成为自己的主人、使用相似的情感语言、尊重文化的差异、达成科研的共享目标和选择发展性的评价标准。研究生教育要提供一种可以通过探究和创新来挑战、修正和更新观念文化的环境,从而实现共同体文化自觉与共同体文化育人。
英文摘要:
      The community culture created by supervisors and postgraduates on the basis of the common scientific research life is a kind of habit, which influences supervisors and postgraduates when they speak or do things in a latent, profound and lasting way. The basic characteristics show that this is a kind of culture with a jointly accepted paradigm, in the process of transformation, cherished and explored by supervisors and postgraduates together, and in which they communicate. This study finds that this kind of community culture can solve the problems of the relationship alienation between supervisors and postgraduates, the fragmentation of life, the unitary development, and the ossification of training mode. The construction strategy for community culture is: to be one's own master, to use similar emotional language, to respect cultural differences, to reach a shared scientific research goal, and to choose the same development evaluation criteria. This paper suggests that postgraduate education should provide an environment in which we can challenge, revise and renew conceptual culture through exploration and innovation, so as to raise the community culture awareness and carry out postgraduate cultivation with community culture.
