      专业学位研究生教育是当前我国研究生教育改革发展的重点。探索专业学位研究生教育的国际化,有助于进一步创新我国专业学位研究生的培养模式,打造"留学中国"品牌和提升国际影响力。本文通过总结中国科学技术大学工商管理专业学位全英文授课项目改革过程中的举措与成效,提出了一种专业学位研究生双向国际化改革方案。改革方案以培养趋同化、管理规范化、教学专业化和服务个性化为原则,从招生录取、学生管理、师资队伍、课程体系、专业实践和论文答辩等多维度开展了国际化改革创新,实现了在生源质量、学业成绩和国际合作等多方面的效果提升。回顾并分析改革实践中获得的经验与启示,可为兄弟院校研究生教育的国际化改革提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Professional degree postgraduate education is currently the focal point of the reform and development of postgraduate education in China. Exploring the internationalization of professional degree postgraduate education is helpful to further improve the cultivation mode of Chinese postgraduate education, highlight the brand of "Study in China" and enhance our international influence. This paper summarizes the measures and achievements of the English-taught programs for professional degree postgraduates majoring in business administration at the University of Science and Technology of China and proposes a bidirectional internationalization reform plan for professional degree postgraduates. The reform plan proposed is based on the principles of similar mode in cultivation, standard management, teaching by professional teachers and personalized service. The reform and innovation measures taken for internationalization involve multiple dimensions including student admission and management, faculty team, curriculum system, professional practice, and thesis defense. As a result, the quality of newly enrolled students, their academic performance, and the international cooperation of the school are significantly improved. The authors believe that the review and analysis of the experience and inspiration from the reform and practice can provide reference for other higher-learning institution in their internationalization reform.
