      规训视角下研究生导学关系的本质是权力关系,具有复杂性、不平等性等特征。通过半结构化访谈与参与式观察,对研究生导师和在读研究生进行调研,发现在"师本位"观念、单一导师制和工具理性的裹挟下,导师通过分配的艺术、活动的控制、创生的谋划和力量的编排四种策略,从空间、身体、时间、身份四个向度对研究生进行规训,使导学关系异化为利益和服从关系。据此,从构建导师生成性权威、平衡导学话语权和回归科研本质三个方面探究导学关系修复技术。
英文摘要:
      The supervisor-postgraduate relationship is in essence a power relationship from the perspective of discipline, which shows the characteristics of complexity and inequality. Through semi-structured interviews and participatory observation, the authors carry out an investigation into the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates who are studying at school, which finds that influenced by the teacher-based concept, the single supervisor system and instrumental rationality, supervisors usually train postgraduates from four dimensions, i.e. space, body, time, and status through four strategies of distribution art, activity control, creation planning, and power arrangement, which alienates the guiding relationship into a relationship of interest and obedience. Therefore, this paper explores the repairing technology of supervisor-postgraduate relationship from three aspects: establishing an authority generative mechanism for supervisors, balancing the speaking right of supervisors and students, and making guidance and study back to the essence of scientific research.
