      以研究型专业人员为目标定位提高教育博士的质量,对塑造高素质专业化创新型教师队伍,完善新时代中国特色高质量教师教育体系,加快卓越教师、教育家型教师的培养工作具有重大意义。以研究型专业人员为目标定位的教育博士培养模式改革,主要以学术创新能力、教研能力和反思实践能力的发展为指向。基于对研究型专业人员的培养来构建教育博士三位一体模式,需要创设"U—M—S"三位一体的培养环境,坚持"T—T—S"三位一体的培养主体,遵循"P—S—R"三位一体的培养方式。在三位一体的培养过程中,要立足课堂实践与学科教学一体化、聚焦学习任务与课题项目一体化、坚持论文撰写与课程实施一体化、实现自我提升与学术辐射一体化、推动群组讨论与问题研究一体化。

      It is of great significance to improve the quality of Ed.D. with the aim to train them into research-oriented professionals so as to build a high-quality, professional and innovative teacher team, improve the high-quality teacher education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and accelerate the training of excellent teachers and educationalist teachers. The reform of the training mode for Ed.D. mainly focuses on the development of academic innovation ability, teaching and research ability, and reflection and practice ability. To construct a trinity mode for training Ed.D. into research-oriented professionals, we should create a "U-M-S" trinity training environment, adhere to the subject position of the "T-T-S" trinity training subjects, and follow the "P-S-R" trinity training mode. In the trinity training process, we should base on the integration of classroom practice and subject teaching, focus on the integration of learning tasks and subject projects, adhere to the integration of paper writing and curriculum implementation, achieve the integration of self improvement and "academic radiation", and promote the integration of group discussion and problem research.
