      现有关于博士生焦虑心理的研究偏重外部干预的疏解作用,相对忽视了个体内部的预防及调节机制。基于2022年中国研究生满意度调查数据,将就读满意度作为中介变量、学术参与作为调节变量,深入探究学术志趣对博士生焦虑心理的影响效应及其作用机制。研究发现,学术志趣负向预测博士生焦虑心理;就读满意度在学术志趣对博士生焦虑心理的影响中发挥完全中介作用;学术参与正向调节学术志趣对博士生焦虑心理的直接路径。在预防博士生焦虑心理方面,培养单位需改进博士生评价制度、提供职业规划与指导来适应多元化的人生志趣,创设良好的学术环境以提升博士生的就读满意度和学术参与水平;同时,博士生个体应弱化功利取向,寻求自身能力的长足发展。

      The existing researches on psychological anxiety of doctoral students weigh the relieving effect of external intervention too heavy, but the function of internal prevention and regulation mechanism of the individuals is neglected. Based on the data of the Chinese Postgraduate Satisfaction Survey 2022, this paper explores the effect and mechanism of academic interest and aspiration on the psychological anxiety of doctoral students with the degree of satisfaction as a mediating variable and the academic participation as a moderating variable. The findings are as follows:the prediction of academic interest and aspiration to psychological anxiety of doctoral students is negative; the satisfaction with study plays a complete mediating role in the influence of academic interest and aspiration on the psychological anxiety of doctoral students; and academic participation positively regulates the direct path of academic interest and aspiration to the psychological anxiety of doctoral students. On this account, this paper suggests that in order to prevent the psychological anxiety of doctoral students, the training units should improve the evaluation system of doctoral students, provide career planning for them and guide them to adapt to diversified life interest, so as to create a good academic environment for the improvement of the satisfaction of doctoral students with their study and enhance their enthusiasm to participate in academic activities. At the same time, doctoral students should weaken their individual utilitarian orientation and seek long-term development of their own ability.
