| 通过对127所院校9871名研究生展开满意度调查,发现研究生教育总体满意度较高,满意度在地域、学校类型、学段层次上存在显著差异。研究生教育发展取得显著成效,贴近国家和社会发展需求,同时在就业、跨学科培养、国际交流合作、学校管理上存在不足。建议研究生院校以为学生服务为宗旨提高管理水平,以服务国家发展为核心发展交叉学科,以紧贴社会需求为目标革新培养方案,以助力学生发展为基础强化资源供给。 |

| It is found that the overall satisfaction with the postgraduate education is high based on a satisfaction survey of 9871 postgraduates in 127 universities.Anyhow,the satisfaction degree varies in different regions,the types of schools,and the phases of studying.Practically,postgraduate education has made remarkable achievements and is close to the needs of the nation and the society for development.However,there are also deficiencies in employment guidance,interdisciplinary training,international exchanges and cooperation,and school management.Therefore,the authors suggest that postgraduate schools improve their management to better serve students,develop interdisciplinary disciplines for the national development,innovate training programs for the need of the society,and strengthen resource supply for the development of students. |
