学科建设作为特定的语义场逐步演变为"成就学科目标的过程"。国家重点学科建设作为学科规训制度的抓手"生产"和"制造"了学科建设"指标",并在学科评估的推动下得以巩固。实践中学科建设作为一个有"投入"和"产出"的系统,在"借鉴—反思—再塑"过程中,其"黑匣子"结构变得愈加清晰,指导了"双向螺旋循环"的构成并推动"学科"和"学科建设"走向更高层次。学科建设的本质是"创造知识",对学科和学科建设的清晰化认识推动学科评估向"指导知识创造"转变以实现理性回归。 |

As a specific part in the semantic field, discipline construction has gradually evolved into the process of achieving disciplinary goals. The construction of national key disciplines is the leverage for the disciplinary regulation and training system that has produced indicators for discipline construction, which has been consolidated under the promotion of discipline evaluation. In practice, discipline construction is a system with both "input" and "output". In the process of learning, reflection, and reshaping, its "black box" structure becomes increasingly clear, which guides the formation of the bidirectional spiral circulation and promotes discipline and discipline construction to higher levels. The essence of discipline construction is to create knowledge. A clear understanding of discipline and discipline construction benefits discipline evaluation to rationally return to guiding knowledge creation. |
