随着招生规模的扩大,一些研究生尤其是两年制的硕士研究生,相对缺乏怀疑精神。互动式教学有助于培养研究生的怀疑精神,因为这种教学方式具有学生本位、开放平等、面临挑战、学习关怀、疑问显化等特点。传授非编码知识是互动式教学的灵魂,以非编码知识作为互动基础的课堂往往是"干货满满"的课堂,更能促进创新思维的培养,而且这样的教师往往是达到了一定境界的教师。 |

The authors find that some postgraduates, especially those in two-year programs lack of skeptical spirit partially due to the scale expansion of the enrollment. To solve this problem, interactive teaching is recommended to raise the critical-thinking ability of the postgraduates, for this teaching method is characterized by a student-first concept, open and equal opportunities, academic challenges, learning assistance, and obvious doubts for students to discuss. In this interactive teaching method, imparting tacit knowledge is the soul. The interactive lectures based on tacit knowledge are often full of valuable points, which can provoke and cultivate innovative thinking of the postgraduates, and such teachers are often those who have reached a relatively higher teaching level. |
