随着经济社会的迅速发展及对高端人才的需求剧增,有关研究生教育规律研究日益受到人们关注。目前我国学者对何为研究生教育规律莫衷一是,其研究重点主要聚焦于研究生教育规律的推导与总结:以教育规律涵盖研究生教育规律;从高等教育规律推导研究生教育规律;运用多维视角分析研究生教育规律;基于研究生教育活动提炼研究生教育规律。在研究内容上,内在实质探索少;在研究对象上,群体个体区分少;在研究方法上,定性定量结合少;在研究视角上,历史实践融合少。展望未来,我国研究生教育规律研究,要加强内在实质探索,重视研究对象区分,注重定性与定量研究结合,强化历史实践融合。 |

With the rapid economic development, social progress and surging demand for high-end talent, the study on the law of postgraduate education has attracted more attention. At present, Chinese scholars have not yet reached a consensus on the law of postgraduate education, and they mainly focus their studies on the inference and summary of the law of postgraduate education. Specifically, they include the law of postgraduate education in the law of education, infer the law of postgraduate education from the law of higher education, use multi-dimensional perspective to analyze the law of postgraduate education, and summarize the law of postgraduate education on the basis of the postgraduate education activities. However, in terms of research contents, they pay less attention to the exploration of the internal essences; in terms of research objects, they pay less attention to the distinctions between a group and an individual; in terms of research method, they pay less attention to combined qualitative and quantitative analyses; and in terms of research perspective, they pay less attention to the viewpoints from history and present practice. Therefore, the authors propose that in the future, the study on the law of postgraduate education in China should be focused on the exploration of internal essences, more attention should be paid to the differences between research objects, qualitative and quantitative researches should be combined, and the viewpoints of history and present practice should be integrated. |
