      立德树人是研究生教育的中心环节,价值观引导是研究生教育落实立德树人的必然要求,导师是研究生教育实施价值观引导的关键力量,这客观要求导师扮演"价值观引导者"之角色。价值观引导者之角色意识是价值观引导者之角色实现的前提条件。在理论层面,导师价值观引导者之角色意识包含认知、情感与意志三重维度;在实际工作中,导师价值观引导者之角色意识表现出"知不知"引导的认知差异、"应不应"引导的情感分歧与"愿不愿"引导的意志分层。为此,需要进一步明确导师作为价值观引导者的角色认知、激发其角色认同、强化其角色意志。
英文摘要:
      Moral education is the central link of postgraduate education, and the guidance on the values is an inevitable requirement for fostering virtue through education. As the key force to carry out guidance on the values, supervisors are required to play the values guiding role in the education and the consciousness of the values guiding role is the prerequisite for the realization of the role. Theoretically, the role consciousness of the supervisors in the values guiding includes three dimensions:cognition, emotion and willingness. In practical work, the role consciousness of the supervisors in the values guiding shows cognitive differences determined by "knowing or not", emotional differences determined by "should or not" and willingness differences determined by "will or not". Therefore, this paper suggests that it is necessary to further clarify the role cognition, stimulate the role identity and strengthen the role volition of the postgraduate supervisors in the values guiding.
