新中国成立以来,我国研究生教育学制经历了多次变革。国际接轨需要、国家政策支持、经济社会推动、高校竞争发展、导学关系冲突等是触发研究生学制变革的主因,社会对不同层次人才的需求是研究生学制变革所遵循的逻辑,重视培养环节、尊重学校办学自主权是研究生学制变革的主要特点。现阶段我国研究生学制仍存在不同类型、层次及专业的学制趋同化和人才培养质量与社会需求脱节等问题,为全面提升研究生教育质量,应在理清研究生学制与培养质量关系的基础上,明确研究生教育的定位及培养目标,注重不同学科专业的差异及培养规律,完善与学制相关的配套制度。 |

The postgraduate education system has experienced several reforms since new China was founded. The need for reaching international standards, the policy support of the state, the demand of the society in economic development, the competition among higher-learning institutions, and the conflict between supervisors and postgraduates are the main factors that trigger reforms of the postgraduate education system. Meanwhile, the need of the society for talented professionals at different levels is the logic followed by the postgraduate education in system changes. The attention paid to the training process and the respect to universities for their autonomous school-running are the main features of the reform of the postgraduate education system. At present, there are still some problems in the postgraduate education system in China, such as assimilation among different types, different levels and different profession education systems, and the training quality failure to the demand of the society. In order to improve the quality of postgraduates across the board, this paper proposes to clarify the relationship between the postgraduate education system and training quality, define the orientation and training objectives of postgraduate education, respect discrepancies and the training nature among different disciplines and majors, and improve support systems for the education system. |
