边疆民族地区是国家"双一流"建设的重要参与者和推动者。从时代价值来看,边疆民族地区"双一流"建设在政治、经济、地缘、文化等方面都具有重要意义。从现实问题来看,边疆民族地区"双一流"建设存在理念、基础、资源、体制等方面的困境。从发展路径来看,边疆民族地区"双一流"建设需要着力转变发展理念,用足用好国家政策,夯实发展基础,创新体制机制,巧用地缘优势实施周边国际化战略。 |

Frontier ethnic areas are important participants in and driving forces to the double first-class construction. From the perspective of the value of the times,the double first-class construction in the areas with large ethnic minority populations is of political,economic,geographical and cultural importance. From the perspective of the existing problems, the author finds that the "double first-class" construction in those areas is in a dilemma due to the prevailing concept, existing foundation and resources, and the dominant institutional system. From the perspective of development path,this paper proposes that, in the "double first-class" construction in the frontier ethnic areas,more efforts should be stepped up to change the development concept, fully implement national policies,consolidate the foundation for development,take good use of the geographic advantages so as to better fulfill the national strategy around this area. |
