管理强调自上而下,突出主体的权力,具有管控性、强制性和垄断性;治理需要互动运行,强调利益相关者的权利,具有多元性、民主性和协同性。研究生教育立德树人的长效机制,需要从理想信念、学风道德、身心健康和社会实践等四维一体去建构。理想信念是政治方向,是精神支柱;学风道德是专业规范,是成才基础;身心健康是内在动力,是成长保障;社会实践是实现途径,是素质拓展。四者之间,相辅相成,共同促进。 |

This paper defines that the management emphasizes the process from top to the bottom, gives highlight to the authoritative power of the managerial body, and it possesses a controlling, compulsory and monopolistic power, and that the governance needs an interactive operation, stresses the rights and interests of stakeholders, and it is multi-dimensional, democratic and synergistic. The authors believe that the moral cultivation in education should be made a long-term mechanism which could be constructed in the integration of four-dimensional aspects, i.e. faithful ideal, style and morality, physical and mental health, and social practice. This paper further explains that faithful ideal is the political orientation and the spiritual pillar; style and morality are professional norms and the foundation for successful growth; physical and mental health is the internal motivation and the guarantee for growth, and social practice is the way to achievement and quality development. The four mutually complement and promote one another. |
