高质量发展是研究生教育发展质量的高级状态和最优状态。新时代研究生教育高质量发展是体现新发展理念的发展,是创新成为第一动力、协调成为内生特点、绿色成为普遍形态、开放成为必由之路、共享成为根本目标的发展。研究生教育的高质量发展遵循学术逻辑、政治逻辑、市场逻辑的多重发展导向,高深知识的创新和应用是各逻辑的动态平衡点。新时代研究生教育走向高质量发展的实践取向体现在创新成为第一驱动力、实现遵循规律的科学发展、走协同发展道路。 |

High-quality development is the advanced and best-state quality development of postgraduate education. The high-quality development of postgraduate education in the new era is the development of the new development concept and the development in which innovation stands as the first driving force, coordination becomes an endogenous feature, green development becomes a universal form, opening-up becomes the inevitable way, and sharing becomes the fundamental goal. The high-quality development of postgraduate education follows multiple development orientations such as those determined by academic logic, political logic, and market logic. The innovation and application of advanced knowledge should be the dynamic balance of various logics. The praxis-oriented for high-quality development of postgraduate education in the new era should be manifested in the fact that innovation becomes the first driving force, the scientific development that conforms to natural law is realized, and a coordinated development road is embarked by all. |
